Together with many of its partners, the Federer Foundation took part in the third Foundational Learning Exchange (FLEX) conference held in Lilongwe, Malawi, from 15 to 17 July. This country-to-country platform aims to facilitate discussion between governments, policymakers, implementors and thought leaders.
